On the path to a new forest national park

Experience conservation, regeneration and development of whole bioregions in the Carpathian Mountains.

Not only since the TEEB report on the state of global biodiversity it has become clear that we need to preserve or renature larger parts of the earth's surface as nature in order to fight the climate crisis. In the Carpathians, a dedicated team has been working since 2009 to create Europe's largest national forest park - and we are delighted to be able to play our small part.

While alv's focus is not on supporting renaturation projects, we see this as an effective example of protecting nature holistically, promoting regenerative management, and learning from and with nature how life in balance can be achieved.
