Welldoing needs Wellbeing

A global movement shows how wellbeing and positive social change are closely interconnected.

To date, the Wellbeing Project already links over 400 institutions such as universities, companies and governmental actors with a common goal: to show that we as a society must systematically address wellbeing as an important factor of social change.

One of the basic pillars of the Wellbeing Project is scientific research on inner development and well-being. The Wellbeing Project facilitates a global network of institutions that take joint action, strengthen each other, and create synergies along a variety of themes. Examples of these include teacher well-being as a prerequisite for children's learning success, a look at the importance of the early childhood years or the work on "Ecological Belonging" and "Intergenerational Trauma" in times of multiple crises.
